19. DOING A CASE SUMMARY

The last step in developing a case for COMPASS is to create the case summary (see TP Page5). This is intended to go into the main P. A. Genome web site: http://pagenome-compass/pbworks.com where it can be accessed, along with the other case summaries, utilizing the search routine. It also can go in the source case wiki itself to help describe the case for users who have gone directly there.

The format for the summary is presented in the first section of Appendix B, and an example is provided in the second section. After completion, the summary is presented, along with the other material from the previous steps above, to the COMPASS administrator for approval and eventual inclusion in the main COMPASS wiki itself.
